What we do, stated plainly
Aran is a facilitator and advisor — not a power trader. We introduce your plant to credible buyers and guide both sides through green open access. We do not buy, sell or trade electricity; the supply contract is signed directly between you and the buyer.
Who this is for
You have a solar or wind plant with surplus or underused capacity — power you are banking, curtailing, or selling at a rate you are not happy with. You would rather place those units with a creditworthy industrial buyer on a contract you can plan around.
We facilitate for both solar and wind generators. Aran manufactures solar equipment only — wind is facilitation and advisory, not an Aran product.
How we place your power
- Tell us your plant: capacity, location, commissioning date, and what you currently do with the units.
- We match you against consumers we are already talking to — factories and commercial users with real daytime load.
- We work out which route fits: group captive or third-party open access, and what each leaves you per unit after charges.
- You and the buyer contract directly. We stay in it for the approvals, metering and paperwork.

Rules change — we date our advice
Open access charges, banking rules and captive qualification have all moved in the last year. We will point you at the actual regulation or tariff order behind any number we give you, and tell you when it was last checked. Nothing here is legal, tax or regulatory advice.

Does Aran buy my power?
No. Aran is a facilitator and advisor, not a power trader. We introduce your plant to credible buyers and guide the open access process. The supply contract is signed directly between you and the consumer — Aran does not buy, sell or trade electricity.
Do you work with wind generators too?
Yes, for facilitation. We connect both solar and wind generators with buyers. Aran manufactures solar equipment only, so wind is advisory and matchmaking rather than an Aran product.
What do you need from me to start?
Plant capacity, location, commissioning date, what you currently do with the units, and the rate you are getting today. That is enough for us to say whether we can place your power and roughly on what terms.
Which states do you cover?
Phase 1 is Tamil Nadu, where we know the regulations and already have buyer conversations running. Phase 2 extends across India as the buyer network grows. Tell us where your plant is and we will be honest about whether we can help you now.
