Privacy Policy
This page says, in plain words, what information arantec.in collects, why, where it goes and how to ask us to delete it. It is written for the people who fill in our forms, not for lawyers. Last updated 18 September 2026.
Who we are

What we collect, and when
When you fill in an enquiry form. Your name, phone number, company, city or state, and whatever you type in the message box. Some forms also ask for your email (optional), the size of your plant or roof, your monthly electricity bill range, roughly when you want to proceed, and which kind of customer you are. You choose what to give us; only name and phone are required.
How you reached us. When you arrive from a link we have shared — on WhatsApp, LinkedIn or elsewhere — the link carries a tag saying where it came from. We store that tag with your enquiry so we know which of our efforts brought you here. It tells us the channel, not anything about you personally.
Usage statistics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they are. This uses cookies. It does not tell us who you are.
What we do not collect. No payment details, no government identifiers, no passwords. We never ask for these on this site and we never will by email or WhatsApp.
Why we collect it
One reason: to reply to your enquiry and, if you want, to give you a quotation. We use the size and timing questions to decide how quickly to call you back. We use the source tag to understand which channels are worth our time. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is written to a private Google Sheet and creates a task for our team in Google Tasks, so that a real person follows it up. Both sit in our company Google Workspace account. The website itself is hosted on Google Firebase. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare's CDN; loading those sends your browser's request, including your IP address, to those services in the ordinary way a web page does.
If you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave this site and WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply from that point.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for up to three years afterwards, so that if you come back we know what we discussed. After that they are deleted. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to reach@arantec.in with the phone number or email you used, and we will do it within 30 days and confirm to you. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first at the same address; if we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. Your browser also stores one small preference — whether you chose the light or dark theme — which never leaves your device and is not personal data. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Children
This site is for businesses, farmers and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will change this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly widen what we do with what you have already given us.
