For EPC Contractors

A supply partner for solar EPCs — anywhere in India

We manufacture. You build. We do not bid against you, and we do not approach your customer. If you install solar — on roofs, on the ground, or both — this page explains what we can supply, what we cannot yet prove, and how we handle that.

Which of these are you?

Three different conversations, because EPCs are not one kind of business. Find yours.

Ground-mount and utility EPC

You build open-access and utility plants and buy structures by the megawatt. You need single-axis trackers, mounting and cleaning that arrive on schedule and hold up in the wind zone you are working in.

Rooftop and C&I EPC

You install on factory and commercial roofs. You need mounting that suits an existing roof, and cleaning that keeps generation where you promised it would be after handover.

Local execution partner

You do not want to resell a product. You want steady project work near you. We supply the material and the maintaining engineers; you handle site survey, installation, commissioning and the DISCOM liaisoning locally.

The question you are actually going to ask

Every EPC sources from manufacturers with a proven track record, because your client's lender asks you to. So the fair question is: who else has used this, and did it hold up?

Here is the honest position. Aran has been building solar technology since 2018 and is DPIIT-recognised, but we do not yet have published, named case studies with generation data. We are working with our customers to get them. Until we have them, we are not going to pretend otherwise, and we would rather you heard it from us than found out later.

What we can do is take the risk off you instead of asking you to carry it.

The OPEX model, from an EPC's side

On the tracker, we can supply on an operating model: your client funds a fixed structure, and Aran carries the performance risk on the tracking itself. If the tracker underperforms, that is our problem, not your client's and not yours. It is a different answer to the bankability question — rather than asking you to trust our track record, we put our own money behind the equipment.

Not every project suits that structure. But it is available, and it is the reason a newer manufacturer is worth a conversation.

What we supply

Product
Suits
Notes
Single-axis solar tracker
Ground mount, MW scale
Up to 25% more generation. Available outright or on the OPEX model.
Automated panel cleaning
Ground mount and large roofs
Nozzles built into the structure, water recycled in a closed loop. Currently in testing.
Mounting structures
Both
Designed to accept future panel sizes, so the structure outlives one module generation.
Mini tracker
Agri pumps, small roofs
For agricultural and small-scale work rather than plant-scale projects.
Stilt-mounted / agrivoltaic structures
Farmland projects
Raised with row spacing so cropping continues underneath.

Illustrative default values — request a site-specific quotation. We do not publish prices, because a number given without your wind zone, site layout and volume is a guess.

What we will not do

This matters more to an EPC than any specification, so it is worth stating plainly:

Working across India

Hardware ships. We are based in Coimbatore with a second office in Erode, and we supply anywhere in India — geography has never been the constraint on a structure.

For zero-investment rooftop work specifically, the model is built around you: Aran supplies the product, the material and the maintaining engineers, and the local partner does the survey, installation, commissioning and liaisoning. That is how a project three states away gets executed properly, by people who are actually near it.

Before you write to us

The useful first message tells us what you build, roughly how much of it a year, and which state or states you work in. That is enough for us to say honestly whether we are a fit — and if we are not, we would rather tell you in the first reply than the third meeting.

Common questions

Do you sell direct to end customers?

We do, for our own solutions such as zero-investment rooftop. But we do not take a customer you have introduced. If a project comes through you, it stays yours.

What minimum volume do you need?

There is no fixed minimum. Tell us what you build in a year and we will tell you whether supply makes sense for both sides — a serious answer needs the actual numbers, not a threshold on a web page.

Can we see the equipment working before committing?

Yes, and we would encourage it. Ask and we will arrange for you to see the tracker and the cleaning system running.

Do you give exclusive territory?

It depends on the volume and the state. It is a conversation, not a policy — ask and we will give you a straight answer for your area.

Is the cleaning system ready to specify?

It is currently in its testing phase. We will tell you exactly what is ready for a project today rather than let you find out on site.

Tell us what you build

What are the dealer margins and terms?

We have not fixed a standard dealer pack yet — margins, territory and minimum quantities are being worked out with our first partners. We would rather agree something workable with you directly than publish a number we later change. Tell us your area and what you sell today.

Do I need to be empanelled to sell this?

Not to sell the hardware. But for home rooftop systems, government subsidy only flows through empanelled installers via the official portal. If you are empanelled, we supply the hardware behind your installations. If not, please do not promise customers the subsidy.

What support do you give?

We help you get the first installations right — sizing, mounting and commissioning guidance, and access to our engineering team. We would rather do fewer dealers properly than sign many and support none.

Which areas are open?

We are opening conversations across India, starting in Tamil Nadu where we are based. Tell us your district and what you already sell and we will be straight about whether it is a fit right now.

Tell us your area

Share what you sell today and the districts you cover. We will come back to discuss terms directly — no standard pack, a real conversation.

We'll get back fast — or reach us on reach@arantec.in

Thanks — we've got your details and will get back to you soon.
